Hiring
School of Conscience was founded in 2025 and is headquartered in Geneva, Switzerland. As a new-generation international non-profit organization, we are dedicated to enhancing the global leadership competency of global youth. Our mission is to advance global engagement and raise awareness among young people through concrete actions in world citizenship education, AI application in achieving educational equity, social justice, and community development—contributing to the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). We offer international students humanitarian project opportunities and academic research guidance. We are working toward obtaining United Nations Economic and Social Council (ECOSOC) consultative status, participating in global forums, encouraging young leaders to actively engage in and drive new decision‑making processes, and launching innovative on‑the‑ground projects with the aim of developing globally responsible leaders.

We partner with international academic institutions and scholars to integrate world citizenship education and global leadership into higher education classrooms. Through a combination of citizenship education and hands‑on leadership practice, participants engage in overseas projects and global forums, encounter diverse cultures, understand global challenges, and develop cross‑cultural collaboration and communication skills essential for international leadership.In‑depth international project collaboration
Led by professors and experts from international universities, we go into the “roots” regions(such as Bangladesh, Afghanistan, Syria, and North Sudan) to offer hands‑on opportunities in digital teaching, community development, and academic research—allowing participants to meet local community needs and create impact through action.
Recruitment:
At School of Conscience, we adopt a democratic process for elections and collaboration. Our volunteer teams are organized by project regions. Within each group, volunteers and leaders are free to vie for different responsibilities and roles. We coordinate through democratic consultation, with each person fulfilling their duties in collaborative partnership.
Volunteer Members
Responsible for digital teaching, overseas project implementation, community liaison, and project execution. We welcome individuals passionate about education and public service who display strong teamwork skills.Core Team Members
